What’s the difference between Virgin Lux Hair and Single Donor Hair?
Virgin Lux Hair is sourced from a small number of carefully selected donors (typically two), allowing us to maintain exceptional quality, softness, and consistency while offering a more accessible luxury option. Single Donor Hair is collected from one donor only, resulting in the highest level of cuticle alignment, texture consistency, and longevity — our most premium hair category.
Is this really 100% human hair?
Yes. Every Wigs by Fayy unit is crafted from premium 100% human hair and can be washed, curled, straightened, and styled with proper care.
How long will my wig last?
With proper maintenance, your unit can last for several years. Longevity depends on care, styling habits, and how frequently the unit is worn.
What’s the difference between HD Lace and Transparent Lace?
HD Lace is ultra-thin and melts seamlessly into the skin, creating the most natural-looking finish. Transparent Lace offers a beautiful natural appearance while providing excellent durability and longevity.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. We offer a range of customization services including Wig Construction, Signature Layering, Knot Bleaching, Elastic Band Installation, and Styling Services — all to create a unit tailored to your preferences.
How should I care for my wig?
Wash gently with sulfate-free products, allow the hair to air-dry where possible, and store your unit properly when not in use. For professional maintenance, our Wig Revamp service can restore your unit’s softness, bounce, and overall finish.

Delivery Information

Ready-to-ship units are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order and custom units require additional production time and may take up to 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

Every Wigs by Fayy unit is handcrafted specifically for its owner.

Because of the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or custom specifications chosen during checkout.

If an error occurs on our end, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at hello@wigsbyfayy.com.
